Located on site is Healthy Velo. Healthy Velo is run by Scott Haase who has worked with over 1,100 pitchers in the last 16 year. He uses a revolutionary but simple way to teach pitching mechanics starting with the players health and spine, allowing them to throw harder without increase risked to injury.
